Sydney, 30th of March 2014...4 montjs spent here now and time to leave...
What happened in the last weeks? I'll tell ya!
The main thing that happened was the Future Music Festival on the 8th of March with an unbelievably good line-up!
Could have been a two-day festival with so many good artists on it!
We arrived when Martin Garrix finished and R3hab started.
The party with the party!
One of the best artists surely was Dada Life!
They just were sick!
This festival should have been a two-day festival since there were so many good acts and you couldn't see all the acts you wanted.
I've seen Pharrell Williams, Tinie Tempah, Macklemore&Ryan Lewis, Hard well and Deadmau5 and it was incredible!
The areas was so huge with maybe even hundreds of thousands of people!
The other day I could see some familiar faces.
Martin and Max from my home town both were in Sydney.
First I met Martin showing him some good spots and having some beers at the Opera Bar before he flew back home to Germany.
He already got the Sydney tan on which means he was totally sunburnt.
Really nice to see an familiar face after 8 months but do not expect me to be homesick now!
Martin&Martin AND Sydney harbour! There can't be anything better!
A couple of days later Max came back for a couple of days from his Tassie trip to catch his flight to Adelaide.
He visited me at work in my hostel that night and we had some nice cool beers.
Quite cool to talk to someone from your home town who did the "same" thing you do so I was quite curious how he did fare and it seems he did well! Being in New Zealand, Tasmania and the east coast he's done quite much already but my time is coming now!
Making the Cross even more insecure!
Also I finally did the northern beaches which have been on my bucket list!
When Sandra came back we went there and they are really B-E-A-utiful!
So now I have done all the stuff I really wanted to do and now I can leave Sydney without having the feeling to have missed something important.
It's 7am in the morning and in an hour my flight to Hobart will start.
So let's go Tassie!
More photos will follow soon!
